You may sign in with Google (Firebase Authentication). When you do, we receive from Google only the information needed to create and secure your account, typically:
We request standard OpenID / Google identity scopes for sign-in (openid, email, profile). We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, or other sensitive Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Depending on how you use the product, we may store account and product data such as brand profiles, marketing plans, usage limits, subscription/billing status, and content you choose to save in the app. Brand-audit and creative features may process URLs, brand names, and prompts you submit in order to generate outputs.
We use this data to authenticate you, provide the Kynema web application, enforce plan limits, process payments where applicable, prevent abuse, and send critical service or account emails.
Authentication and backend services run on Google Firebase / Google Cloud. Payment providers (when you subscribe) process payment details according to their own policies; Kynema does not store full card numbers.
In line with our India-focused operations and the DPDP Act 2023, primary user and AI processing for this service is configured for Google Cloud regions serving India (including asia-south1 / Mumbai where applicable).
Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing krishan@kynema.in or Support@kynema.in. We will delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period unless law requires longer retention (for example billing records).
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and withdraw consent for optional processing by contacting us at the emails above.
Kynema is a business marketing tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
