Refund and Cancellation Policy

Kynema is a Digital-native SaaS software subscription operated by ASB MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, Mumbai, India. This policy covers paid software subscriptions (for example Growth plans billed via Zoho Subscriptions).

Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription before the next renewal date by contacting Support@kynema.in or through the billing portal linked from your account. Access typically continues through the end of the paid period already charged.

Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, failed activation, or similar), contact Support@kynema.in within 7 days of the charge with your invoice and account email. Kynema will review in good faith and may approve a refund or credit at its discretion.
