1. EPHEMERAL PROCESSING & ZERO RETENTION
Kynema AI operates as a Stateless Service. We do not store, archive, or back up your marketing prompts, inputs, or generated images. Once your session ends, the data is purged from volatile memory.
User Risk: You acknowledge that Kynema cannot "retrieve" or "verify" past outputs for you. You are solely responsible for saving and auditing your own work.
2. ABSOLUTE INDEMNITY (The "Forever" Clause)
The User agrees to Indemnify, Defend, and Hold Harmless Kynema and ASB MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED against any claims (legal fees, fines, or damages) arising from the outputs generated by the AI.
Total Transfer of Liability: Since Kynema does not review, store, or "own" the outputs, the User assumes 100% legal liability for the commercial use, copyright status, and brand-safety of all results. This liability survives the termination of this agreement indefinitely.
3. LIMITATION OF RECOURSE
In no event shall Kynema's total liability exceed ₹1,000 (One Thousand Rupees) or the cost of one month's subscription, whichever is lower. We are a conduit, not a consultancy.
